Contracts

A signed contract is required before any work commences. The contract outlines all the details so that there is no confusion of what is expected by both parties.

Invoicing

Invoices are sent in the form most convenient for you (email, fax or U.S. Mail).  Invoices are sent out on the 15th day of the month and is payable upon receipt.  My Savvy Associate uses Standard Time software to accurately track time spent per project.  

Expenses incurred for projects are accurately tracked and added to the invoices.  Charges such as long distance, postage, shipping cost, and printing through an outside source are reimbursed.
